Gaslamp at night

The Gaslamp neighborhood is the playground of San Diego.

San Diego Gaslamp Quarter…

The Gaslamp Quarter extends from Broadway to Harbor Drive, and from 4th to 6th Avenue, covering 16½ blocks.

It includes 94 historic buildings, most of which were constructed in the Victorian Era, and are still in use with active tenants including restaurants, shops and nightclubs.

This sixteen square blocks features an eclectic mix of skyscrapers and Victorian architecture nestled comfortably together.

Gaslamp features over 100 of San Diego’s finest restaurants, pubs, nightclubs, and retail shops.

The name sake of the Quarter, gas lamps line the streets of the Quarter on all blocks of the area.

The neighborhood also features plenty of professional and office space, and don’t forget the cultural centers like symphony halls, theatres, and art galleries.

If you are thinking of relocating your family to the Downtown San Diego area, be sure to consider living in the Gaslamp District, you will never run out of things to do.

You can spend a full day perusing the small boutique scene, or you can visit Horton Plaza, Gaslamp’s multi level outdoor mall.
