For more than 27 years, Renee Ferreira has guided buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders through successful real estate transactions with professionalism, precision, and a genuine passion for customer service. Her career began in high-volume new home construction, where she coordinated closings for KB Home, Brookfield, Cielo, Davidson, Pardee Homes, and other leading San Diego builders—often closing more than 275 homes per month. That fast-paced experience built the organization, communication, and problem-solving skills she brings to every escrow today. Renee’s expertise spans resale, REO, short sales, and refinance transactions. She believes buying or selling a home should be exciting, not stressful, and works closely with every party to keep transactions on track from opening escrow through closing.

When she’s away from the office, Renee enjoys cooking, hiking, traveling, solving puzzles, and spending time with her Rottweiler, Grizz.
