We’re delighted to announce that the annual Big Block Realty Holiday Party is taking an exciting twist! This year, we are steering away from the ordinary and setting sail on an extraordinary adventure—an End-Of-Year Cruise that promises memories to last a lifetime.
Why the Change?
In our ever-expanding footprint of franchises and agents across multiple markets and states, we believe it’s essential to create a celebration that not only captures the essence of our diverse community but also enables us to come together in a way that transcends geographical boundaries.
By going on an End-Of-Year Cruise, we’re ensuring that every agent, no matter where they are based, can join us in commemorating our collective achievements.

We’re excited to announce that this year’s End-Of-Year Cruise is open to every member of our Big Block Realty family! We believe that bringing the entire company together will create an atmosphere of unity and shared celebration.

Cruise Line: Carnival, Radience
Itinerary: Day 1: Catalina, Day 2: Ensenada, Day 3: At Sea; We will have outings planned for each port, more info below.

Day 1: Boarding Day
– 1pm – 3pm , get settled in and then we’ll meet at our official “Big Block HQ” at 4PM (Lido deck pool bar)
Day 2: Catalina
– 09:45 Island Golf Cart Adventure
– 11:00 Descanso Beach Club
Day 3: Ensenada
– 10am ATV Adventure
– 11:00 Papas and Beer
Day 4: Day at Sea
– Live Art Auction
– Pool Party
– Poker Tournament
Day 5: Disembarkation Day
– 8-10am depart ship and head home
Group Dinner: Every night at 8:15
Special Treat for Winners Circle Members:
As a token of our gratitude for your exceptional contributions and ongoing dedication, we’re pleased to offer complimentary access to the End-Of-Year Cruise for our esteemed Winners Circle members. This is our way of recognizing and celebrating your outstanding achievements.
Notes:
Since each room will be based on double occupancy, you have the option to 1) Buddy yourself up with another Big Block Agent, 2) Have someone on our team match you with another Big Block Agent, or 3) Pay the difference to have the room to your self (or bring a spouse)
Book as soon as you can because pricing is subject to change after we sell out our room block and they expect the cruise to completely sell out.
