Complex: The main swimming pool large enough to swim laps. Air-conditioned large clubhouse with a communal kitchen and patio for outside dining. The fitness center contains lots of equipment with no wait for using machines. Large laundry facility with efficient card payment system.

Parking: One free space very close to the condo unit with ample guest parking spaces. Plenty of available street parking. Some owners rent out their parking spaces.

Neighborhood: Nice residential area, very safe. Night walks with no troubles. The complex near a large public park and close to restaurants and right across the street from great shopping (Starbucks, Ralph’s, Trader Joes). Even an AMC movie theater nearby. Close walking distance to the University of California – San Diego (UCSD) with free shuttle service right around the corner. Friendly neighbors.

Nearby Park: Great for picnics, playing soccer, walking a dog, playing on the swings. Hidden out of the way so fewer people visit leaving plenty of space for an entire family to enjoy.
