About the Program
One-on-One Time
Your coach will be there to provide one on one support and guide you through each part of the real estate business.
Weekly Training
The Coach holds weekly classes for Momentum Program Members to attend on a weekly basis. The training gives new agents opportunities to ask important questions and network.
Contract Preparation
Your Coach will guide you through the listing preparation, presentation, and execution. For buyers, they’ll guide you from start to finish.
The Breakdown
Set Up Fee: $99
Monthly Subscription: $50/month
Transaction Fees: 65/35 Split for the First 4
*All transactions must meet a minimum requirement of $3,500 in compensation to the brokerage*
