The reviewer felt “safe” with all the cameras and security guards with keypads required to enter buildings and garages. In addition, a perfect location to the beach, stores, and restaurants.
Another reviewer summed it up: “We love it here”. Great location, walk to the beach and stores. Well maintained grounds and a very quiet complex. Also, the residents are “pleasant people” and nice ranging from retirees to young professionals.
