A two-year resident made these three comments on February 22, 2019:

“I like the 24/7 security guard on site. Nice swimming pool areas with hot tubs, decent gym, nice landscaping, wonderful cleaning/maintenance, and employees keeping the place looking great. Cindy in the front office is wonderful. She is excellent with customer service and communications.”

“I only dealt with their HOA once for some construction in my unit. They approved my plans with no trouble.”

“Neighbors are pretty quiet. You can’t beat the location as it’s close to grocery stores, the beach, and far enough away from the Pacific Beach madness no to be affected.

“I am incredibly happy here. Awesome amenities with a gym, pools, hot tubs, and tennis courts. Well-maintained grounds with beautiful ponds, trees, and fountains. A cleaning crew comes every day. The stairwells and hallways smell good and are really clean. I feel safe here with cameras, security guards, and key fobs to get into the gates and buildings. You can’t beat the location! Walk to the beach, restaurants, and stores. I highly recommend! (Review made on November 27, 2017)

“I’ve lived in many places and this one ain’t bad. In spite of the many units, it’s remarkably quiet. I can walk to Trader Joe’s and Vons.” (Review made on October 18, 2017)
