Today is an exciting day as we are announcing the rollout of our new transaction management software Sweet Assist!
This is a project we have been working on for the last 2 years and we couldn’t be happier to share it with all of you.
Many of you were part of our “test group” and have already been using the system for a while, the reviews / feedback has been fantastic… thank you for that!
What is Sweet Assist?
Sweet Assist is our idea of the ultimate transaction management solution for managing your files, managing marketing, and growing your business.
Right now the transaction management portion is fully functional and ready to use. It’s powerful and extremely user friendly, we couldn’t be more excited to start using it as a company!
On top of that we are currently in beta and will be releasing the features below over the next 90 days:
- Video email
- Push button direct mail marketing
- World class training library with some of the best agents, brokers, and trainers from around the country
- Integration with Maxa design studio
- Amazon style marketplace
- Direct access for your vendor partners
We worked with a 15+ year DRE file auditor to come up with the best possible transaction management solution for our agents while at the same time, collaborated with “The Real Estate Marketing Dude” to make sure it was packed full of powerful marketing tools!
Our goal was to be the first company to release an all in one agent solution that helps you build your personal brand, manage your business, and stay in front of your clients with the ultimate goal of generating YOU more business and referrals!
What do you have to do?
Nothing, your free sweet assist account will be activated in the next 48 hours.
You will receive an email with login instructions.
The transition will look like this…
Moving forward starting Friday April 10th, all new transactions, referrals, and current listings should be opened in Sweet Assist.
For those of you who have current deals in escrow, your Back Agent account will remain open until existing transactions close. Please open any new transactions in Sweet Assist.
What will happen to your old Back Agent account?
You will still have access to your Back Agent account for the next 21 days.
Beyond that, if you need access to any old transaction data, we are required by law to keep a copy of all closed files for 3 years. You can send us a request anytime and we will be happy to send you any and all documentation that you may require.
How do you use Sweet Assist?
To make the transition as easy as possible, we have created a wizard and how to videos for each part of the system.
In addition, we will also be doing a variety of trainings over the next few weeks to get everyone up to speed on each part of the system.
