Let’s dive in below…
Step 1: Schedule Your Orientation (Do This First!)
This is the most important first step to get you up and running with Big Block!
We offer new agent onboarding sessions a few times a month, and it is critical that you attend as soon as possible.
Use this link to: Book your Big Block Orientation now.
A friendly heads-up: You will not be able to receive payment until you complete your onboarding session. So get it on the calendar right away!
Step 2: Set Up Your Sweet Assist Account
Sweet Assist is your Big Block back office hub.
You will use it to manage all of your transactions, access resources, and stay connected to everything happening at Big Block.
Your Sweet Assist login credentials were set up during your initial onboarding process, and you can use the same email and password that were set in Step 1 to log in to Sweet Assist here (bookmark this page).
If you need any help logging in, just reach out to your Agent Concierge and we will get you sorted.
Once you are logged in, here are your first two to-dos:
1. Add your headshot/photo to your account as soon as possible. This helps the whole team get to know you!
2. Watch the Sweet Assist Overview Video to get familiar with the platform quickly.
Step 3: Download the Big Block Mobile App (Powered By Sweet Assist)
Stay connected to all things Big Block while you are on the go with the Sweet Assist mobile app!

1. Download the “Sweet Assist” app in your app store
•Apple Users: Download on the App Store
•Android Users: Download on Google Play
2.Log in using your same Sweet Assist credentials
That is it, you are mobile-ready!
Step 4: Set Up Your LPT Connect Account
LPT Connect is where you will order all your marketing materials like the “Magic White Box“.
Before you can place an order you’ll need to set up your account with the following information:
- Full Name
- Phone Number
- Website
- DRE #
- Headshot
- Full Shipping Address
- Credit/ Debit Card on file (Saved for future orders)

Step 5: Connect with us on Social Media
