Step 1: Schedule Your Orientation (Do This First!)
This is the most important first step to get you up and running with Big Block!
We offer new agent onboarding sessions a few times a month, and it is critical that you attend as soon as possible.
Use this link to: Book your Big Block Orientation now.
A friendly heads-up: You will not be able to receive payment until you complete your onboarding session. So get it on the calendar right away!
Step 2: Set Up Your Sweet Assist Account
Sweet Assist is your Big Block back office hub.
You will use it to manage all of your transactions, access resources, and stay connected to everything happening at Big Block.
A separate email is sent to you when you join Big Block with instructions to set up your login credentials. If you have not received it or have any questions, just reach out to your Agent Concierge and we will get you sorted.
Log in to Sweet Assist here (Bookmark This Page)
Once you are logged in, here are your first two to-dos:
1. Add your headshot/photo to your account as soon as possible. This helps the whole team get to know you!
2. Watch the Sweet Assist Overview Video to get familiar with the platform quickly.
Step 3: Download the Big Block Mobile App
Stay connected to all things Big Block while you are on the go with the Sweet Assist mobile app!

Here is how to get set up:
1.Search for “Sweet Assist” in your app store
•Apple Users: Download on the App Store
•Android Users: Download on Google Play
2.Download the app using the link for your device
3.Log in using your same Sweet Assist credentials
That is it, you are mobile-ready!
